The site is reachable and has a Special Assistance page, but its mobility content is two sentences: your wheelchair is acceptable and will be checked as luggage, and PW pushes you in a chair from check-in to the aircraft and back to arrivals at the destination. Nothing at all is published about powered chairs, batteries, watt-hour limits, spares, free carriage or damage liability. Two things a human should re-check with the airline: (1) the cabin-baggage table lists "a fully collapsible invalid's wheelchair" as a free personal item, which contradicts the special-assistance page's "it will be checked in as luggage", and the sentence is truncated in the published table; (2) the dangerous-goods page bans "wet cell batteries" from the aircraft outright, with no carve-out for a battery installed in a wheelchair.
