The English accessibility page is an abridged translation of the Russian one — the on-board services, airport services and contact detail exist only in Russian.

Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
"Electric wheelchair is transported on board of the aircraft as a common checked luggage." Rule 9.2.26: a powered wheelchair used by the passenger is handed over at check-in as registered baggage; no prior approval is stipulated, but the dimensions and weight must be declared 48 h ahead. Table 9-01 caps unaccompanied wheelchair passengers at 4 per Boeing 737.

Not published for mobility aids. Rules 12.6.2–12.6.8 (100 Wh / 160 Wh with airline approval, max two spares) are written for portable electronic devices and power banks, not for wheelchairs.

No watt-hour cap published for a wheelchair battery left installed; ICAO/IATA default applies — see global rules.
No watt-hour cap published for a removed wheelchair battery; ICAO/IATA default applies — see global rules.
No watt-hour cap published for a spare wheelchair battery; ICAO/IATA default applies — see global rules.
Not published for mobility aids. The "no more than two spare batteries" figure in rule 12.6.8 is a general portable-electronics limit and must not be read as a wheelchair spare allowance.

Not stated. Rule 9.2.26 requires you to carry the tools and packaging to disconnect and pack the battery, and rule 9.2.27 refers to "separately stowed electric batteries", but NordStar never says removal is compulsory.

Rule 9.2.27: NordStar notifies the destination or transfer point that a wheelchair passenger is on board, giving the passenger's name and the location of the wheelchair and of any separately stowed electric batteries.
Manual wheelchairs
A folding manual wheelchair travels free in the cabin if it fits; a larger manual chair is carried as checked baggage without extra charge (rules 12.4.12, 12.5.3). Note rule table 9-01 caps unaccompanied wheelchair passengers (WCHR/WCHS/WCHP/WCHC) at 4 per Boeing 737; with an escort there is no cap.

Rule 12.4.12 lets a passenger with disabilities carry, free and over the hand-baggage allowance, "crutches, canes, walkers, rollators, a folding wheelchair, support cane, tactile cane, folding walkers… of dimensions that allow them to be safely placed in the cabin on the overhead shelf above the seat or under the seat in front". The English page confirms "a folding chair (carriage) transported in the cabin… carried free of charge".

No wheelchair weight cap published. Rule 12.2.5 bars any single checked bag over 50 kg "with the exception of a wheelchair used by a passenger with disabilities" — so the 50 kg rule expressly does not bind a wheelchair, but no wheelchair-specific figure is given.

Not published. NordStar does not say whether a checked wheelchair is returned at the aircraft door or at baggage reclaim.
The 186 x 48.5 cm figure in rule 9.2.24 is the size of NordStar's stretcher, and the 136 kg figure in 9.2.25 is the stretcher's weight limit — neither is a wheelchair limit.
Booking & cost
"When booking a ticket, please, inform the Airline sales office or the ticket sales agency at least 48 hours in advance about physical dysfunctions, special requests… (escort, guide dog, wheelchair, etc.), as well as dimensions and weight of a wheelchair in case you are going to take it with you." Stretcher carriage must be booked at least 5 working days ahead (rule 9.2.22).

Tickets and special services can be ordered in the "Buy ticket" section of the site, at a sales office, or via the contact centre on 8-800-700-8-007 (free within Russia). Declare the dimensions and weight of your wheelchair at booking; if you did not, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.

"Medical preparations, a folding chair (carriage) transported in the cabin and crutches are carried free of charge and are not included in the free luggage allowance." Rules 12.5.1 and 12.5.3 exempt wheelchairs and other mobility aids used by passengers with disabilities from excess, oversized and heavy-baggage charges — they are "carried without additional payment".

On board
"An on-board wheelchair for moving about the cabin to the lavatory does not require advance ordering and is provided on all flights operated by JSC AK NordStar." Rule 9.2.8 also lists it as a service for passengers unable to move unaided.

For WCHC passengers the airport wheelchair is carried up the airstairs and taken to and from the cabin seat (rule 9.2.1); boarding uses an ambulift where needed and is free of charge (9.2.6). But NordStar's own cabin crew "will not be able to provide services for lifting and moving the passenger, sanitary and hygienic procedures, feeding and administration of medicines".

Fleet detail. Rules table 9-01 permits a maximum of 4 unaccompanied wheelchair passengers (WCHR/WCHS/WCHP/WCHC) on board a Boeing 737; with escorts there is no cap. The table is published for the Boeing 737 fleet only. Rule 12.2.5 exempts a disabled passenger's wheelchair from the 50 kg per-piece checked-baggage limit.
Worth knowing
Good service and free-carriage detail, no battery numbers. NordStar's published Rules of Carriage (ch. 9.2 and ch. 12) are far fuller than either accessibility page: they exempt wheelchairs from excess/oversize/heavy-baggage charges and from the 50 kg per-bag limit, allow a folding chair in the cabin over and above the hand-baggage allowance, and provide an on-board aisle chair on every flight without pre-ordering. The only battery rule is that a powered-chair user must carry the tools to disconnect the terminals plus ICAO-compliant battery packaging — no watt-hour figure anywhere. Two things a human should check: (1) table 9-01 caps unaccompanied wheelchair passengers at 4 per Boeing 737, so a booking can be refused on capacity grounds; (2) the English page is an abridged translation and omits the airport-services, on-board-services and aisle-chair paragraphs that exist in Russian, so an English-only reader would under-read the policy. NordStar's fleet also includes ATR 42/72 aircraft, but the PRM capacity table is published for the Boeing 737 only.
