Freight-only carrier — no passenger service.

MasAir is an all-cargo airline. It carries freight, not passengers, so it has no wheelchair policy. It is listed because this reference is built from IATA's member list, which includes carriers you will never fly on.

Worth knowing

Cargo-only carrier. MasAir's own About Us page states it is a "Mexican cargo airline that began operations in April 1992 and has been, since then, a benchmark in our country as one of the most innovative in its processes, as well as in the modernity of its fleet", that it "has undergone several transformations and modernizations as a cargo company", and that "today ... it is once again an independent operator" in the international cargo air market. The Our Fleet page lists only converted freighters — A330-200P2F and A330-300P2F (max payload 60,000 kg each) — and the site sells cargo acceptance, charter, maintenance, aircraft parking and training. MasAir also offers ACMI (wet-lease) freighter capacity to other carriers; on any such flight the contracting airline's rules apply, but those flights are freight too. No passenger cabin, no seat booking, no assistance content.
