Lufthansa CityLine publishes no mobility-aid policy. Its website works and we read it, but it says nothing about carrying a passenger’s own manual or powered wheelchair — no battery rules, no size limits, no notice period. That silence is the finding, and it is why almost every field below is blank. Silence is not permission. Worth knowing
Lufthansa CityLine GmbH is "a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG" operating hub traffic at Frankfurt and Munich (company page). Its website is corporate only: its own accessibility statement says the site "provides essential information about the company, its fleet, and its corporate responsibility activities" plus jobs — and indeed there is no booking engine, no conditions of carriage, no baggage page, no dangerous-goods page and no special-assistance page. Every passenger function is a link to lufthansa.com ("Book a flight"). Nothing on the CityLine site states that Lufthansa's mobility-aid policy applies to CityLine-operated flights, so no Lufthansa figures have been copied into this record; in practice CityLine flights are sold and handled as Lufthansa (LH) services. Lufthansa Group also runs a separate subsidiary, Lufthansa City Airlines (lufthansa-city.com), which does publish an accessible-travel page and a battery-wheelchair form — see that record.
