Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Only a chair driven by a REMOVABLE lithium battery is accepted. It must be checked (never carried in the cabin), needs operator approval and captain notification, must meet UN 38.3, and the passenger must contact staff at the airport on the day of travel to complete the checking-in formalities. All other battery types are refused (see the battery fields).

Yes where the cabin has stowage facilities and space (first-come, first-served); crew help stow the aid, and a wheelchair or its parts (wheels, cushion) may go in the overhead bin or under the seat, with the cabin stowage closet available to passengers who pre-board. Note the wheelchair page's caveat: because of cabin limits a passenger's own wheelchair generally has to be checked.

Fleet detail. Lucky Air publishes no hold-door aperture or maximum wheelchair dimensions; electric wheelchairs must always travel in the hold.
Worth knowing
Headline risk: Lucky Air's dangerous-goods page refuses far more than most carriers — wheelchairs powered by sealed non-spillable wet (A67), NiMH (A199) or dry-cell (A123) batteries are prohibited, spillable wet-cell chairs are prohibited, and chairs with a NON-REMOVABLE lithium battery are prohibited. Only a chair with a removable lithium battery (≤300 Wh, or 2 × ≤160 Wh when two are needed to drive it) is accepted, battery removed into the cabin, with operator approval and captain notification. Owners of typical modern non-removable-battery power chairs should treat this as a refusal and confirm with the airline before booking. Other points: unaccompanied passengers who would need help in an evacuation are capped at 4 per segment on A320/B737 and 6 on A321/A330; the airline answers assistance requests within 24 h; approved passengers must arrive 2 h before departure and check aids in at least 60 min before departure. Lucky Air is part of the HNA/Fangda group (its online chat runs on im.hnair.com), but every fact above comes from luckyair.net's own pages. The site renders help articles client-side; the pages were read through Lucky Air's own CMS API (fe-cms-gateway) that serves the URLs listed here.
