You may use your own chair up to the aircraft. Boarding is by level-entry jet bridge or, at remote stands, by bus/walkway with an Ambulift or Stairtrac lift depending on the airport. Every value in this record is cited to a Brazilian (br/pt) page, not to the group record. Where the Brazilian text differs from the group's English text it has been followed: LATAM Brasil converts the US in-cabin closet rule as "13 polegadas (33 cm) x 36 polegadas (91 cm) x 42 polegadas (104 cm)" (42 in is really 106.7 cm), and it explicitly allows web/app check-in from Brazil with a manual OR motorised chair, whereas elsewhere a motorised chair forces an airport-counter boarding pass.
