KlasJet
Publishes nothing about carrying a passenger’s own wheelchair. You have to ask them.
KlasJet publishes no mobility-aid policy. Its website works and we read it, but it says nothing about carrying a passenger’s own manual or powered wheelchair — no battery rules, no size limits, no notice period. That silence is the finding, and it is why almost every field below is blank. Silence is not permission. Ask them directly, get the answer in writing, and read the international baseline so you know what should apply.
Wet-lease / ACMI operator. KlasJet usually flies aircraft and crew on behalf of other airlines. If your ticket says another airline, that airline’s wheelchair policy governs your booking — but the aircraft’s physical hold limits are this operator’s.

KlasJet has no passenger-facing service pages and no accessibility contact. The only channels published are the 24/7 VIP charter desk (+370 609 66066, sales@klasjet.aero) and the 24/7 ACMI desk (+370 608 57787, acmi@klasjet.aero), both of which are sales desks for the client chartering the aircraft, not for individual passengers.

Every unanswered field below has the same explanation: Not published — KlasJet’s site is business-to-business only (ACMI and VIP charter sales) and its General Terms and Conditions are a carrier-to-client contract with no passenger accessibility, mobility-aid or battery provisions.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.

Worth knowing
ACMI/wet-lease and VIP-charter operator — the contracting airline's or charterer's policy applies. UAB “KlasJet” (Vilnius, part of Avia Solutions Group) sells only two products on its own site: ACMI services and VIP/corporate charter (sports teams, entertainment and media, diplomatic and government, corporate and incentive travel). Individual passengers cannot book with it. Its current General Terms and Conditions (version 7 April 2026) were read in full and are a commercial contract between the Carrier and the Client — they contain no clause on passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility, wheelchairs, mobility aids or batteries. A wheelchair user on a KlasJet aircraft must therefore work through the charterer or the airline that wet-leased the aircraft.
