Most Jettime seats are sold through tour operators, and Jettime routes the assistance request through them: airport wheelchair assistance is booked via the tour operator at least 7 days ahead. Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.

Worth knowing
ACMI/wet-lease and tour-operator charter operator: Jettime's own site markets ACMI, Rent-a-Plane and tour-operator charter alongside seat sales, and it routes assistance requests through the tour operator. On a wet-lease flight the CONTRACTING airline's policy is the one that governs, so a passenger should confirm with whoever sold the ticket; the record below is Jettime's own published policy for flights it markets. Three things a human should re-check: (1) the 85 cm height limit is a hard cap Jettime publishes for electric wheelchairs and larger aids — unusually low and worth confirming for a high-back power chair; (2) Jettime says some mobility-scooter types cannot be carried at all but does not say which; (3) Jettime disclaims replacement of aids damaged in transit unless they were packed in a protective bag it rents, which is a materially worse position than the Montreal Convention baseline most carriers publish.
