No dedicated accessibility phone line or email is published. Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
'You can bring your own manual or battery-powered wheelchair or mobility device.' The published conditions are that the batteries must be leak-free and in good condition — 'we can't accept damaged or leaking ones' — and that the details of the device and any batteries are shared with Jazeera's team before the trip.

Not published. Jazeera publishes no lithium-ion wheelchair-battery rule; its conditions of carriage simply exclude items listed in the ICAO Technical Instructions and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, with 'further information available from us on request'.

The only battery condition Jazeera publishes is that batteries be leak-free and in good condition; damaged or leaking batteries are refused. Everything else falls back to the ICAO/IATA dangerous-goods rules its conditions of carriage refer to.
Manual wheelchairs
'Yes. You can bring your own manual or battery-powered wheelchair or mobility device. Jazeera will stow it safely in the cargo hold and provide an aisle chair for boarding if needed.' 'Personal wheelchairs will be accepted as checked baggage.'

Your own chair goes below: Jazeera 'will stow it safely in the cargo hold' and personal wheelchairs 'will be accepted as checked baggage'. No cabin stowage of a folding chair is offered anywhere on the site.

Jazeera's own chargeable wheelchair service is graded WCHR (check-in to gate), WCHS (to the aircraft entrance, using a medical high lift where stairs cannot be climbed) and WCHC (check-in all the way to the aircraft seat).
Booking & cost
'Contact Jazeera directly: reach out to our customer service team by phone or email at least 48 hours before your flight.' Special assistance should be requested at booking or at least 48 hours before take-off, and Jazeera warns there are a limited number of special-assistance places on each flight. Passengers needing wheelchair assistance are told to arrive 2-3 hours before departure.

Three published routes: during flight booking, through Manage Booking, or at the airport check-in counter (subject to availability). Note Article 6.2.2 of the conditions of carriage: acceptance for carriage of people requiring special assistance is subject to prior arrangement, and failure to advise at booking and appropriately in advance 'will result in the service being unavailable and being refused without refund or credit'.

Not published for your own device — Jazeera says only that 'personal wheelchairs will be accepted as checked baggage' and never states that carrying them is free. Jazeera does charge for its own wheelchair assistance service: the wheelchair service page quotes 16 KWD per flight segment and 32 KWD for a full journey transfer, while the FAQ quotes KWD 15 one way per person for the airport service and KWD 15 one way for the transfer.

Jazeera's conditions of carriage state that where the Warsaw Convention applies the normal limit is a maximum of 1,000 Special Drawing Rights per passenger for checked and unchecked baggage together, with claims settled on the weight of the baggage concerned; a higher limit requires a special declaration of interest and a supplementary sum. Article 12.2.5 also excludes liability for 'damage to or loss of protruding parts such as wheels, straps, pull handles'. No wheelchair-specific rule is published.

On board
Jazeera says it will 'provide an aisle chair for boarding if needed'. It does not say that an aisle chair is available for moving about the cabin during the flight.

Jazeera does not claim an accessible lavatory. It says its aircraft have 'seats with movable armrests and handrails in the lavatories'.

On the ground, WCHC 'full wheelchair assistance to seat' covers assistance from check-in all the way to the aircraft seat. In the air there is none: 'At the moment, Jazeera Airways doesn't provide specialist attendants onboard' — crew assist where they can, but eating, using the restroom and managing oxygen 'are best handled by someone traveling with you', and a companion is expected if you cannot unbuckle your seatbelt, reach an exit or use a life jacket or oxygen mask unaided.

Worth knowing
Jazeera is a low-cost carrier and CHARGES for wheelchair assistance, which is unusual and is the single thing to check before booking: the wheelchair service page says 16 KWD per flight segment and 32 KWD for a full journey transfer, while the FAQ says KWD 15 one way per person for the airport service and KWD 15 one way for the transfer — the two published figures contradict each other and a human should confirm. Whether carrying your OWN chair is free is never stated; the site says only that personal wheelchairs are accepted as checked baggage. There is no published battery policy beyond 'leak-free and in good condition' — no chemistry rules, no watt-hour figures, no spare limits, no terminal-insulation instruction — so the ICAO/IATA fallback is all a traveller has. Jazeera also publishes no specialist onboard assistance ('Jazeera Airways doesn't provide specialist attendants onboard'), a limited number of special-assistance places per flight, and conditions of carriage that allow refusal where a passenger 'requires special assistance which we are unable to provide' (Art. 6.1.3) and make acceptance subject to prior arrangement, with the service refused without refund if not advised in advance (Art. 6.2.2). No dedicated accessibility phone or email exists; the Contact Us page renders no numbers.
