The Airport Services department (021-61106587 / 021-61106551) is the unit Aseman's own medical page says should be told about a passenger's special conditions so that transfer on and off the aircraft is arranged at both ends — but every number here was transcribed from May 2025 Internet Archive captures, because www.iaa.ir times out from outside Iran and has not been captured by the Archive since 14 June 2025. The airline's booking engine at nrs.iaa.ir/ibe IS live (checked 29 July 2026) and carries no assistance-request channel; ebooking.iaa.ir returns 502 and portal.iaa.ir times out.

Re-checked 29 July 2026 with the upgraded fetcher: --render 25 and --render 40 (the r.jina.ai reader's own browser times out after 15 s, HTTP 422), plain direct fetch, --proxy-first, http:// and https://, with and without www, and raw curl; DNS resolves (91.212.16.55) but the TCP connection times out, the classic sanctions/IP-filtering signature. CDX (without collapse=urlkey, limit=-N) confirms the four cited captures are already the newest 200s that exist for those URLs. The one Aseman property that is live is the booking engine nrs.iaa.ir/ibe, which carries no accessibility content. Substance, as of the May 2025 captures: a dedicated «ویلچر و وسائل كمك حركتی» section carries manual folding chairs with no restriction and free of charge on top of the baggage allowance, and accepts dry-, wet- and lithium-battery chairs only as checked baggage and only with the airline's prior approval, lithium capped at 300 Wh (160 Wh each where a chair has two batteries). The serious caveat is passenger acceptance, not the device: Aseman's «مسافرین ممنوع السفر» list makes people with severe mobility, hearing or visual impairment — and anyone who cannot use a standard aircraft seat in any position — non-acceptable unless accompanied by a responsible person able to meet their needs at boarding, in flight, on deplaning and in an emergency evacuation; a companion must be at least 16. Someone who cannot use a standard seat at all is on the outright flight-prohibition list. Medical clearance is NOT triggered by disability as such: war-disabled veterans and disabled people needing no special medical service are explicitly exempt, as are people under 60 with a spinal-cord injury who need neither stretcher nor oxygen and can use the seat belt. Where clearance is needed, the form must be finally approved by the company's aviation-medicine centre 48 hours before the flight and is valid for 48 hours. Medical oxygen may only be carried in gaseous form, max 5 kg per passenger; liquid-oxygen systems are banned. Treat all of it as fourteen-month-old information and confirm by phone before travelling.
