Two completely different things share the Hahnair name. (1) Hahn Air Lines the OPERATOR flies 6–8 seat Cessna Citation business jets — scheduled Dusseldorf–Palma de Mallorca plus Connoisseur executive charter; book/ask via charter@hahnair.aero or +49 6103 7331 447. (2) Hahnair the TICKETING provider issues HR-169 tickets for 350+ partner airlines; it publishes no assistance channel at all and states "Hahnair is a B2B company offering ticketing services exclusively to travel agencies… Private passengers who need assistance must contact the travel agency or online platform from which they purchased their ticket." There is no disability desk, no TTY and no assistance web form on either side.

The refusal is stated in four places — TCC §16, the §17 dangerous-goods list, the standalone Dangerous Goods PDF of 16 January 2019 and its German equivalent — so it is not a drafting slip. The same dangerous-goods sheets separately ban "corrosive substances, such as acids, alkalis, wet cell batteries" ("Ätzende Stoffe, z. B. Säuren, Laugen/Basen, Nassbatterien") from both checked and hand baggage, which closes off a wet-battery chair too; the battery fields below are left null because a refused device has no battery allowance. All of this applies to Hahn Air Lines' OWN Citation business-jet flights. It says nothing about the flights of the 350+ partner airlines whose tickets Hahnair issues on HR-169 stock — on those, the operating carrier's policy governs.

Fleet detail. Hahn Air Lines owns and operates only Cessna Citation business jets, boarded by airstairs from executive terminals. Its own factsheets give the CJ3+ (registration D-CHRF, 6–7 seats) a cabin 4.80 m long and 1.47 m wide with baggage capacity of "~8 standard suitcases, 1000 lb (454 kg)", and the Citation Latitude (D-CHRG, 6–8 seats) a cabin 6.60 m long, 1.96 m wide and 1.80 m high with a 100 cu ft / 2.83 m³, 1,245 lb (565 kg) rear baggage compartment. No hold-door aperture is published, but TCC §16 ties the refusal of non-ambulatory passengers and of battery-powered wheelchairs directly to "the structural limitations of our aeroplanes", and the 75 x 50 x 27 cm mobility-aid envelope is consistent with a rear baggage compartment of that size.

OPERATOR TYPE CORRECTED — the stub said ticketing_only; Hahnair's own site contradicts that. hahnair.com/en/about-hahn-air: "The Airline – Scheduled and Charter Services. Hahnair is a German-scheduled and executive charter airline… The Hahnair fleet operates out of Düsseldorf (EDDL/DUS) and Frankfurt-Egelsbach (EDFE) airports", and hahnair.aero: "We are a unique airline operating premium scheduled flights between Dusseldorf and Palma de Mallorca using our fleet of modern business jets… six to eight-seater Cessna business jets." Recorded as scheduled_passenger. READ THIS BEFORE USING THE RECORD — every policy value here describes flights HAHN AIR LINES ITSELF OPERATES. The other, far larger Hahnair business is HR-169 ticketing for 350+ partner airlines. If your ticket says HR-169 but the flight is operated by someone else, that operating carrier's wheelchair and battery policy governs; Hahnair's FAQ says "Hahnair is not entitled to assist… Passengers need to contact the operating carrier directly". The file names say "Charter", but §16's boarding and wheelchair paragraph is the only wheelchair text Hahnair publishes and hahnair.aero presents it as the general terms of carriage; a human may want to ask Hahnair whether the scheduled DUS–PMI service is governed by the same document. hahnair.aero's English homepage is also internally inconsistent — one panel says the scheduled route is Dusseldorf–Palma de Mallorca and another says Dusseldorf–Luxembourg.
