Both Conditions of Carriage list '旅客旅行途中使用的电动轮椅' among restricted items which GX accepts only under strict quantity and packaging conditions '并经北部湾航空同意' — and with GX's agreement.

The service plan's handover rule covers all checked assistive devices, including an electric wheelchair: the carrier must accept and return them near the cabin door, must unload them first from the hold and deliver them to the cabin door as soon as possible, and must honour a request to collect the device at the baggage-claim area instead.

A folding wheelchair (折叠轮椅) is on GX's published list of assistive devices that may be brought into the cabin. '客舱内有存放设施和空间的，按照先到先存放的原则办理' — where the cabin has stowage facilities and space, first come first stowed, subject to CAAC security and dangerous-goods rules. '客舱内没有存放设施或空间的，应将助残设备免费托运.'

'除另有规定外，承运人应在靠近客舱门的地方接受托运和交回助残设备，以便具备乘机条件的残疾人能尽可能使用自己的助残设备' — unless otherwise provided, the carrier shall accept and return checked assistive devices close to the cabin door so the passenger can use their own device as far as possible. '托运的助残设备如需使用，应从货舱中最先取出，并尽快送到客舱门交给具备乘机条件的残疾人.' A passenger who prefers to collect the device in the baggage-claim area may ask for that, and aids have carriage priority over other cargo and baggage and must travel on the same aircraft as the passenger.

'残疾人旅客应按广西北部湾航空规定的程序办理定座和购票手续，其定座购票手续需通过北部湾航空客服热线（95370）、海南航空APP/小程序在线客服、北部湾航空直属售票处或授权的代理售票处办理.' Domestic baggage rules: '残疾人因行程所需的辅助及医疗设备免费托运' — assistive and medical equipment needed for the journey is checked free and does not count against the free baggage allowance. GX's international baggage rule states '残疾旅客免费额，可免费携带一个轮椅或者其他的协助行走的设备' — a disabled passenger may carry one wheelchair or other walking aid free. The service plan is more generous: the listed aids (walking frame, crutches, folding wheelchair, prosthesis, hearing aids, cochlear implant, white cane, low-vision aids) may all be taken into the cabin, or checked free if there is no cabin space, and '为残疾旅客办理助残设备托运时还可免费托运1件上述表格规定外的助残设备' — one further assistive device outside that table may also be checked free.

International Conditions of Carriage: '残疾人旅客的电池驱动轮椅在运输过程中发生丢失、损坏，不受目前该条航线国际公约所列明赔偿责任限制，赔偿费用参照电池驱动轮椅设备的原始价格赔偿（旅客交运时已有损坏且签署免责书的部分除外）' — loss or damage to a disabled passenger's battery-powered wheelchair is not subject to the convention liability limits and is compensated by reference to the equipment's original price. General checked-baggage liability is 17 SDR/kg (332 SDR cabin). Domestically, compensation follows the PRC Civil Aviation Law, invoice price less 15% depreciation a year. The service plan also bars waivers of the right to claim for a damaged or lost aid.

The cabin-service section says crew may '协助使用机上轮椅（如有）往返卫生间' — assist the passenger to use the on-board wheelchair, if one is carried, to and from the lavatory. The parenthesis '如有' (if available) is GX's own; it does not say which aircraft carry an aisle chair.

GX publishes a per-registration table of '带活动扶手的座位' (movable-armrest seats) and '受限座位' (seats not offered to disabled passengers). The restricted seats are row 31 and the emergency-exit rows on the A320s, and the first row and row 13 on the E190. The table notes that apart from exit-row seats, the restriction applies only to passengers who board by aisle chair and cannot easily transfer over a fixed armrest.
