Electric wheelchairs are carried but are a restricted item: conditions of carriage Art. 52 lists "旅客旅行途中使用的电动轮椅" among goods accepted only "经福州航空同意" (with Fuzhou Airlines' agreement), and the dangerous-goods table marks 公司批准 (company approval) as required for every battery-powered mobility aid. Removal per the manufacturer's instructions is the alternative, and then the 300 Wh cap applies and the battery travels in the cabin.

Row 8 (mobility aid driven by a non-spillable wet battery meeting Special Provision A67, a dry battery meeting A123 or a NiMH battery meeting A199): company approval required, checked only, not permitted in the cabin, captain notified. The aid must be prepared against accidental activation and the sealed battery must hold no free liquid; terminals must be short-circuit protected; the battery either stays firmly attached with the circuit disconnected or is removed per the maker's instructions and carried in the hold in strong rigid packaging. The airline must verify that "电池两极已做防短路保护，如封入电池容器". The aid must be secured with straps, ties or other restraints, and the aid, battery, wiring and controller protected from damage caused by moving baggage, mail or cargo. Conditions of carriage Art. 90(3): damaged, destroyed or lost baggage is compensated at the reduction in value or the repair cost, not exceeding Fuzhou Airlines' baggage liability limit, which follows the 中华人民共和国民用航空法; where the baggage is worth less than the limit, actual value is paid.
