It changes this record substantially and it CONTRADICTS the website. THE CONTRADICTION: flybaghdad.iq/en/special-services and its Arabic twin both say "non-folding and/or electrical wheelchairs will not be accepted for carriage"; the Terms & Conditions PDF linked from that same page says "Wheelchairs that are powered by sealed, non-spill able batteries will be accepted for carriage. Wheelchairs with un-sealed, spill able batteries will not be accepted", and that any non-folding chair needs "special arrangements… and confirmation". Both the 2023 PDF (currently linked) and the 2017 PDF still linked from the Baggages page carry the identical wheelchair clauses, so this is not a stale one-off.
