Fragments only. Clic Air publishes some assistance information but not a full mobility-aid policy. What is below is everything it actually states. Everything marked “not published” genuinely is — confirm it with the airline rather than assuming the international baseline applies.

Clic Air publishes no dedicated disability/accessibility desk — the general national call centre is the only assistance channel. Opening hours differ between pages: the site footer says Mon–Fri 05:00–21:00 / Sat 05:00–20:00 / Sun & holidays 07:00–19:00, while the FAQ says Mon–Fri 05:00–19:00 and weekends/holidays 06:00–19:00.

3 of the unanswered fields below share one explanation: no watt-hour figure of any kind appears on Clic Air's site. The rest carry their own.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Clic Air publishes no policy on powered wheelchairs. The Silla de ruedas / Oxígeno page covers only the assistance request and portable oxygen concentrators; the Contrato de Transporte refers generically to "otros dispositivos médicos (como sillas de ruedas, entre otros)" needing 24 h notice, with nothing about batteries, motors or immobilisation.
Not published for wheelchairs. The baggage page lists "baterías de litio" among items barred from the hold and says lithium batteries for computers, cameras and phones must travel in hand baggage, but says nothing about mobility-aid batteries.
Not published for wheelchair batteries. The only spare-battery rule Clic Air publishes is for portable oxygen concentrators, whose spares must be carried in the cabin and packed so they cannot touch each other.
Not published — Clic Air does not say whether a wheelchair battery must be removed and carried in the cabin.
Not published — Clic Air states no rule for gel / AGM / sealed lead-acid wheelchair batteries.
Not published — Clic Air states no rule for spillable (wet) wheelchair batteries.
Not published for wheelchairs. For POC batteries the Contrato de Transporte requires them to be undamaged and packed without contact between them to avoid short circuits.
No battery spec sheet, MSDS or form is published as a requirement for mobility aids.
Not published — no powered-wheelchair dimensions appear anywhere on Clic Air's site.

Clic Air flies ATR 42 and ATR 72 turboprops only and publishes no hold-door or hold-compartment dimensions, so a large powered chair has to be cleared with the call centre before booking.
Manual wheelchairs
Contrato de Transporte §5.4(g) provides for carriage of the mobility aid a qualified disabled passenger depends on, checked free of charge on top of the baggage allowance; the day-of-flight page lists a wheelchair among the services included at no cost. A 24 h advance request is required.

Not published. The Contrato de Transporte addresses only the negative case — if the mobility aid "no puede ser llevado en la cabina de pasajeros por limitaciones de espacio y consideraciones de seguridad operacional" it is checked free — without stating any right to stow a folding chair in the cabin, or any cabin size limit.
Not published — Clic Air describes no in-cabin wheelchair stowage space.
No wheelchair dimensions published. The only published size rule is the 40 × 35 × 25 cm cabin-bag limit in Contrato de Transporte §5.5, which is not a wheelchair figure.
No weight limit published for a manual wheelchair. The published 10/15/20 kg hold and 5/10 kg cabin figures are fare-based general baggage allowances, which mobility aids sit outside of.
Clic Air does not say whether a checked wheelchair is returned at the aircraft door or on the baggage belt.
FAQ: passengers who need specialised attention because of age or physical condition board first and are seated near the main exit.
Booking & cost
"Comunicarte con nuestro call center mínimo 24 horas antes de tu vuelo" (contact the call centre at least 24 hours before your flight). The Contrato de Transporte repeats it: other medical devices "como sillas de ruedas" must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before the flight.

Clic Air: "Para solicitar este servicio deberás realizar la compra por nuestros canales de venta autorizados y comunicarte con nuestro call center mínimo 24 horas antes de tu vuelo: Línea nacional 601 7569090." Passengers must reach the airport module two hours before departure, and must say if they are bringing additional equipment.

The day-of-flight page lists "silla de ruedas" under "Sin costo" (no charge). Contrato de Transporte §5.4(g): a mobility aid a qualified disabled passenger depends on, where it cannot be carried in the cabin for space or operational-safety reasons, "será registrado y llevado junto con el EQUIPAJE gratuito permitido sin cargo adicional" — checked in addition to the free allowance at no extra charge.

Clic Air does not publish how many mobility devices are carried free per passenger.
Contrato de Transporte §13.3: "La responsabilidad de la AEROLÍNEA está limitada a las cuantías establecidas por las leyes aplicables para el transporte de EQUIPAJE REGISTRADO." §13.4 disclaims damage to protruding parts of checked baggage — expressly including wheels — unless the passenger proves Clic Air caused it. No wheelchair-specific or full-value rule is published.

On board
Not published — Clic Air says nothing about an on-board aisle chair.

Not published. Clic Air describes the wheelchair service only as something to request 24 h ahead and to present for at the airport module 2 h before departure; it does not describe boarding or seat-transfer help.
FAQ ("¿Quiénes reciben atención preferencial?"): passengers who need specialised attention because of age or physical condition board first and are seated near the main exit. No movable-armrest or bulkhead-seat policy is published.

Fleet detail. Fleet is ATR 42 and ATR 72 only (FAQ: "Clic vuela a más de 30 rutas … en aviones ATR42 y ATR72"). No hold-door or hold-compartment dimensions are published.
Worth knowing
Clic Air (formerly EasyFly) publishes only a two-paragraph wheelchair section: request via the call centre at least 24 h before the flight and arrive at the airport module 2 h ahead. Carriage is free — the day-of-flight page lists "silla de ruedas" under "Sin costo" and Contrato de Transporte §5.4(g) carries mobility aids outside the free baggage allowance at no charge. Nothing at all is published on powered chairs, batteries, watt-hours, dimensions, gate delivery or on-board aisle chairs, while lithium batteries are otherwise barred from the hold — a powered-chair user must clear the chair with the call centre. On Clic Air / Avianca codeshare routes the FAQ says special services follow the marketing carrier's policy, so an Avianca-ticketed Clic Air flight is governed by Avianca's rules. The FAQ also states that passengers with a psychiatric disability and blind passengers must travel with a companion.
