AlMasria Universal Airlines publishes no mobility-aid policy. Its website works and we read it, but it says nothing about carrying a passenger’s own manual or powered wheelchair — no battery rules, no size limits, no notice period. That silence is the finding, and it is why almost every field below is blank. Silence is not permission. The only channels are the Egyptian hotline 19945 (Sat-Thu 10:00-17:00), the general contact form, and the offices at 13 Tahrir Sq, Downtown Cairo and the AlMasria building at Cairo International Airport Terminal 1. The site is reachable and current (footer reads 2026) but it is a three-page brochure: the XML sitemap lists exactly https://almasriaairlines.com/, /about-us/ and /contact-us/. There is no baggage page, no conditions of carriage, no dangerous-goods page and no special-assistance page; guessed URLs (/baggage/, /special-assistance/, /faq/, /terms-and-conditions/, /conditions-of-carriage/, /ar/) all return 404. Booking is handed to a stock Videcom VARS engine at booking.almasriaairlines.com which exposes no terms-and-conditions text either.
