Air Premia publishes a single reservation-centre number (1800-2626) for all special assistance; there is no separate disability desk, no assistance-request web form and no TTY/text-relay service. No US Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) page or US toll-free disability number was found on airpremia.com even though Air Premia serves LAX, SFO, EWR, HNL and IAD.

Powered wheelchairs & batteries

The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.

Powered chairs accepted
Conditional

Accepted, but "Prior airline approval is required. Please contact the Air Premia Reservation Center at 1800-2626", and the Korean restricted-items list states that an electric wheelchair may only be carried as checked baggage because of the battery risk (전동휠체어는 배터리 위험성 등으로 위탁만 가능).

The Electric Wheelchair table states "(No limit for non-removable built-in batteries)" alongside the 300 Wh / 160 Wh caps that apply to removable drive batteries. Prior airline approval is still required.

Battery must be removed
Conditional

Depends on the chair: Air Premia says removability "must be checked"/"must confirm battery capacity and removability", and "For electric wheelchairs, please contact Air Premia, as battery removal and other precautions may be necessary." Where a lithium battery is detached it may only be carried in the cabin; a detached non-lithium battery may go as checked baggage.

Conditional

Terminal protection & immobilisation
Yes

"Detached lithium batteries and spare batteries can be transported as carry-on baggage after taking short-circuit prevention measures" (non-lithium detached/spare batteries likewise as checked baggage). Air Premia's stated method is to cover the terminals with insulating tape or pack each battery individually in a protective pouch or clear zip bag.

Paperwork the airline wants
Yes

Battery capacity and removability must be confirmed with the airline, and for a wet battery "information on whether they are spillable or non-spillable is required". The restricted-items page also states: "Items suspected of being dangerous goods may be restricted from transport. Please provide the product's MSDS to our staff."

Size limit for a powered chair
Not published

No wheelchair dimensions published. (The 292 cm sum-of-three-sides limit on the site is the special-baggage rule for sports equipment and large musical instruments, not a wheelchair limit.)

Weight limit for a powered chair

Not published for mobility aids; the 32 kg special-baggage ceiling covers sports equipment and large instruments, not wheelchairs.

Returned at the aircraft door
Conditional

Own wheelchairs may be used to the boarding gate, checked at the departure gate and returned from the boarding gate at destination, "restricted depending on airport conditions" — but an electric wheelchair may only travel as checked baggage and needs prior approval, so confirm gate handling with the reservation centre.

Prior airline approval is mandatory for every powered wheelchair (Reservation Center 1800-2626). Separately, Air Premia bans all lithium-battery riding devices — airwheels, hoverboards, e-bikes, electric scooters, kickboards and skateboards — from both cabin and hold regardless of capacity; that ban is written against riding devices, not wheelchairs, which have their own table.

Manual wheelchairs

Manual chairs accepted
Yes

Passengers may bring their own wheelchair and assistive devices free of charge and use the chair up to the boarding gate; a free loan wheelchair is available at departure and arrival airports.

Not published as a wheelchair rule. Air Premia's restricted-items list groups wheelchairs with canes, crutches and strollers among medical equipment and walking aids marked "carry-on O / checked O", but that is the Korean security-screening classification; no in-cabin stowage space or folding-chair rule is published.

Worth knowing

Air Premia publishes a genuinely detailed electric-wheelchair battery table on its restricted-items page (English and Korean): dry and non-spillable/spillable wet batteries have no capacity limit; lithium drive batteries are capped at 300 Wh for a single battery or 160 Wh each where two power the chair, with NO limit for a non-removable built-in battery; spares are one ≤300 Wh or two ≤160 Wh, cabin only, terminals insulated. Prior airline approval is mandatory for every powered chair (Reservation Center 1800-2626). Two things a traveller must know that the fields cannot hold: (1) the Korean restricted-items list states an electric wheelchair may only be carried as CHECKED baggage because of the battery risk; (2) Air Premia provides no stretcher and no oxygen service, and the 160 Wh figure that appears on the disability page belongs to POC/CPAP devices, not to wheelchairs — do not read it across. Air Premia flies to LAX, SFO, EWR, HNL and IAD but no US Complaints Resolution Official / disability-assistance page was found on its site; the DOT service-animal forms are the only US-specific accessibility content published. English pages are at /a/en/…; the language switcher on the site is broken (it links every language to the same URL), and /en/support/need/help returns the site's 404 page.
