Air Nostrum publishes no accessibility desk, special-assistance email, assistance-request form or TTY/relay of its own. Its own customer-service page routes all passenger enquiries to Iberia's Serviberia line (900 111 500) and iberia.com, and its wheelchair page says to contact Iberia when travelling with a battery-powered chair.

The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
"Con objeto de evitar posibles daños a la aeronave y para la total seguridad en vuelo, las sillas de ruedas accionadas mecánicamente sólo serán aceptadas al vuelo en bodega, siempre y cuando se cumplan los siguientes requisitos" — powered chairs are accepted, but only in the hold and only if the battery conditions below are met.

Only for spillable (wet) batteries where the chair cannot be loaded, stowed, secured and unloaded upright: "Si no se cumplen estos requisitos, el acumulador debe separarse de la silla" — then the battery is removed and packed separately and the chair travels as checked baggage. For dry batteries the battery stays fastened to the chair, disconnected.

"Ruedas accionadas por baterías secas": chairs with non-spillable (antiderramables) batteries may be carried as checked baggage provided the battery is disconnected, its terminals are insulated against short circuits and the battery is properly secured to the wheelchair.

"Ruedas accionadas por baterías húmedas": a chair with a spillable battery may be checked provided it can be loaded, stowed, secured and unloaded always upright, the battery is disconnected and fastened to the chair and its terminals insulated. If that is not possible the battery must be removed and packed in leak-proof, electrolyte-resistant packaging, protected against short circuit and violent movement, upright and surrounded by absorbent material.

Not published as such. Air Nostrum's only wheelchair section is headed "sillas de ruedas accionadas mecánicamente" and every condition under it concerns dry or wet batteries, so it reads as a powered-chair rule; the site says nothing explicit about hand-propelled manual chairs.

Fleet detail. Air Nostrum's own fleet description covers CRJ1000 and ATR 72-600 regional aircraft; no hold-door aperture or hold-compartment dimensions are published, so a large power chair's fit is unverifiable from the airline's site.
Worth knowing
Air Nostrum has operated as Iberia Regional under a franchise agreement with the Iberia Group since May 1997; its flights are marketed and sold by Iberia and it directs all passenger information, reservations and PRM enquiries to Serviberia / iberia.com. Its own site (airnostrum.es) is a corporate site, but it does carry one genuine self-published wheelchair policy under "Servicios de valor añadido": powered chairs hold-only, dry/wet battery conditions, and free carriage as a personal item. Crucially it says NOTHING about lithium-ion wheelchair batteries — the text predates modern lithium chairs and covers only dry and wet accumulators — and nothing about notice periods, on-board aisle chairs, gate delivery or hold dimensions for the CRJ1000/ATR 72-600 fleet. Per the sourcing rules, Iberia's much fuller accessibility policy has NOT been copied into this record; Air Nostrum links to it (iberia.com/es/accesibilidad/vuelo-con-accesibilidad/) but does not state that "the Iberia policy applies" in terms. The site's English tree exists but the English added-services page does not carry the wheelchair section, so the Spanish page is the source. The menu carries a oneworld logo (via the Iberia franchise); Air Nostrum is not recorded here as a full alliance member.
