Air Guilin's site is Chinese-language only; there is no English accessibility page and no dedicated disability desk — everything goes through the general 24-hour hotline 95013777. Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters (电动轮椅及电动代步工具) are on Air Guilin's restricted list — items that '只有在符合桂林航空运输条件的情况下，并经桂林航空同意后方可运输' (may be carried only if they meet Air Guilin's conditions of carriage and after Air Guilin consents). The request must be made 48 h ahead, the chair must be checked (电动轮椅应托运), and check-in closes 2 h before the ordinary deadline. The general conditions add that carriage may be refused once the flight's quota of quantity-limited disabled passengers is full.

Bring the chair to the airport early on the day of travel — '如您携带电动轮椅，需在乘机当天提前到达机场与我们的工作人员联系办理托运手续' — and check in 2 hours before the ordinary cut-off. Air Guilin must not ask you to sign away your right to claim for damage to or loss of the aid.

The wheelchair page states plainly '因飞机客舱内无法放置轮椅' — a wheelchair cannot be placed in the aircraft cabin, so your own chair must be checked. NOTE: the separate disability service plan lists a 折叠轮椅 (folding wheelchair) among aids that may be taken into the cabin, stowed first-come-first-served where cabin space exists and checked free where it does not. The two Air Guilin pages contradict each other; the wheelchair-specific page is the stricter one.

Air Guilin does not offer connecting/interline handling for an unaccompanied WCHC passenger ('桂林航空暂不为无人陪伴的无自理能力轮椅旅客办理中转联程服务'); for a through journey on another carrier you must obtain that carrier's agreement before buying the ticket. 48 h is the strictest published deadline: checking an electric wheelchair, group service for disabled passengers, a service dog in the cabin, an aid whose battery is a dangerous good, and respiratory equipment must be requested at booking and no later than 48 h before scheduled departure; Air Guilin replies within 24 h. WCHC (non-self-sufficient) wheelchair service: 24 h. WCHR/WCHS and airport ground wheelchairs: 60 minutes / 24 h.

Fleet detail. No per-aircraft hold-door or hold-volume figures are published. The only aircraft-driven restriction Air Guilin states is that its fleet cannot carry an on-board narrow (aisle) wheelchair.
Worth knowing
Air Guilin publishes a detailed CAAC-style disability transport plan but almost nothing wheelchair-battery-specific. Four things a power-chair user must plan around. (1) There is no on-board aisle wheelchair on any Air Guilin aircraft and no medical oxygen — both are listed as services you may request 48 h ahead and both are marked 暂无法提供 (not currently available). (2) There is a hard per-flight cap on unaccompanied passengers who would need help evacuating (wheelchair users, people with severe lower-limb disability without a prosthesis, blind passengers, service-dog users): 51–100 seats ≤2, 101–200 ≤4, 201–400 ≤6, over 400 seats ≤8; the cap may be doubled only if companions are added 1:1. (3) No watt-hour limit for wheelchair lithium batteries is published anywhere — the dangerous-goods page bans batteries over 160 Wh but explicitly excepts wheelchair batteries as 'separately regulated' without saying what that separate rule is, so a traveller must call 95013777 and get the answer in writing. (4) The two Air Guilin pages contradict each other on whether a folding manual chair may go in the cabin (wheelchair page: no wheelchair can be placed in the cabin; disability service plan: a folding wheelchair is a cabin-permitted aid). A human should re-check both. Air Guilin also refuses connecting/interline handling for unaccompanied WCHC passengers, and passengers needing evacuation assistance may only buy tickets at Air Guilin's own ticket offices.
