NOT cargo-only, contrary to the usual classification — its own Services page states "Air Atlanta offers all-inclusive passenger and cargo charter services to airlines, charter brokers, freight forwarders, and tour operators" and the home page sells "Cargo and passenger solutions"; the Experience page documents 35+ years of VIP passenger charters and troop movements. DOCUMENT CLASSES CHECKED, so the silence is checkable rather than asserted: (1) every page of the live site — enumerated exhaustively through the airline's own WordPress REST API, /wp-json/wp/v2/pages returns exactly 13 pages and only six are content (Aircraft, Services, Experience, About us, Contact us, Job opportunities); the rest are Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Job-Applicant Privacy Policy, an Email disclaimer, a 2016 flight statement, a stub and a test page. (2) The site's own search endpoint (/wp-json/wp/v2/search) returns ZERO results for 'wheelchair', 'accessibility' and 'disability'; 'passenger' returns only Charter services, Job opportunities and Aircraft. (3) Conditions of carriage / dangerous goods / restricted items / baggage / special baggage / FAQ: none exist. /conditions-of-carriage/, /terms/, /passengers/ all 404. There is no PDF anywhere on the site — the media library (/wp-json/wp/v2/media, 91 items) is 90 images and one video, so there is no downloadable contract of carriage or DG document to read. (4) Home-language check: there is no Icelandic version. atlanta.is redirects to the English airatlanta.com and /is/ 404s; the site is English-only. airatlantaeurope.com (the Malta AOC) returns a 526 TLS error and serves nothing. (5) Internet Archive: a CDX sweep of the whole airatlanta.com domain (1,455 distinct URLs) turns up only two passenger-facing legal documents the airline has EVER published, both removed years ago and both from 2016 — 'Conditions of Carriage Relating to the Iron Maiden World Tour 2016' (snapshot 2016-11-10) and a US DOT 14 CFR Part 259 'Contingency plan for lengthy tarmac delays' (snapshot 2016-11-10). Neither is cited as a source here and NO value in this record is taken from them, because the tour document governed one 2016 charter contract and both are long gone from the live site. For the record, the closest Air Atlanta has ever come to a disability policy is that document's Article 3.1 — "If You are a passenger with a disability and you require any special assistance, you should inform us within a reasonable time prior to the applicable Flight of your special needs… we will carry You where arrangements have been made and agreed by us" — and even that says nothing about wheelchairs, wheelchair size, gate delivery or batteries. The tarmac-delay plan makes no disability provision at all. PRACTICAL CONSEQUENCE: Air Atlanta flies wet-lease/ACMI and charter, so the CONTRACTING airline's conditions of carriage and special-assistance policy govern — a traveller must go to whoever sold the ticket, not to Air Atlanta. Note the group runs two AOCs, Air Atlanta Icelandic (Icelandic Transport Authority) and Air Atlanta Europe (Transport Malta); this record covers the Icelandic AOC. Both hold US DOT, Canadian Transportation Agency and CAAC approvals, so US 14 CFR Part 382 and Canadian ATPDR obligations attach to flights they operate into those markets even though nothing is published on the site.
