Two things a wheelchair user should weigh: (a) the published baggage-liability limit is BDT 120 per kg on domestic journeys — roughly USD 1 per kg — unless a higher value is declared and paid for in advance; (b) the general "no single piece of checked baggage over 32 kg" rule is not carved out for mobility aids, so confirm with Reservations before travelling with a heavy power chair.
